MMS - Mrinal's Mentoring Session
Who am I?
I am an engineer cum explorer who loves to experiment with myself. Observes the world very carefully and picks up the positive vibes from people around me. I spent ten years building Integrated circuits for semiconductor chips at one of the multinational. Then moved on to create one Indian company that was to be spread across different parts of the country specializing chip design. After around 12 years in shaping the company , my experimentation continued with academics , research as well what I love the most 'nurturing people'. That's my journey so far.
I love to listen to people's stories and at times ask few questions that may take them to certain answers on their own. In most of the times , its only the common sense that sets our compass. And once its set, task is to follow it with ease and happiness.
What to expect?
I would love to hear your story from past and dreams for future. What has made you what you are , your core strengths and may be some weaknesses as you think. None of this needs to be cast on the stone, its just what you feel at this moment that I get to learn. So our sessions will be more helpful if you are fully transparent as if you you are talking to yourself in front of a mirror.

Please DO NOT have any high expectations of any readymade outcomes as you may be disheartened. Usually solutions emerge out of your own heart once you allow it to! For that we have to spell out our problems in a precise manner and that takes some time. Patience is the key, just like the honeybee!
